About Us We’re building a fast-growing brand in the payroll, HR, and business education space and are looking for a talented content manager who can help turn ideas into engaging content across multiple social media platforms. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, proactive, and understands how to create content that drives engagement and builds authority. What You’ll Do Your responsibilities will include: * Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. * Edit longer-form videos and podcast clips. * Create captions, subtitles, transitions, and graphics. * Design branded thumbnails and social media graphics. * Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms. * Repurpose one piece of content into several platform-specific versions. * Maintain a content calendar and posting schedule. * Recommend trends, hooks, and editing styles that improve reach and engagement. * Work with AI tools to accelerate production while keeping our branding consistent. Content Topics You’ll help create content around: * Payroll tips and best practices * Business ownership and entrepreneurship * HR and compliance * Leadership and productivity * Educational content * Podcast clips * Promotional videos * Behind-the-scenes content * Motivational and thought leadership posts Ideal Candidate You: * Have experience editing engaging short-form videos. * Know how to optimize content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. * Can create attention-grabbing hooks within the first 3 seconds. * Are familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, CapCut, OpusClip, Descript, or similar. * Understand branding and can keep a consistent visual identity across all content. * Are reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines. Nice-to-Have Skills * Motion graphics * Podcast editing * AI-generated video creation * Basic copywriting * Graphic design * Experience with B2B or professional services brands Deliverables On an ongoing basis, you’ll: * Edit 5–10 short-form videos per week. * Create platform-specific versions and captions. * Schedule and publish approved content. * Organize files and maintain a content library. * Suggest improvements to increase views, engagement, and follower growth.
