Social Media Content Manager for Travel Company

We are a luxury slow-travel experiences company curating thoughful journeys in Portugal. Our current social media partner is moving on after being with us for nearly 3 years and we are looking for someone to move into the position. Our ideal partner is creative, is familiar with Portugal culture, has extensive knowledge of social media - ROI, strategies, benefits, engagement, statistics - across LinkedIn, Insta, FB and TikTok. We would like for this to be a continued partnership where the new social media person has autonomy to be creative, to make suggestions for future content, making content - but all within guidelines that we will follow to keep true to the business profile. We will ask for the person we work with to: create general monthly plans for content, create content using images and videos we provide, as well as stock images and videos, curate all posts into something like Planable which we can use to approve posts. We currently use Canva, Taskworld and Planable mostly, but are open to other platforms.
