Social Media Content Planner & Designer

I’m looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Planner & Designer for my boutique Reformer Pilates studio in London. I already have the photography and video content, so I do not need filming, photography, caption writing or social media management. What I need is someone who can take the lead on our monthly content and tell me what we should be posting next. Each month, you will: * Plan our content for the following month * Decide what we should be posting and when * Come up with creative ideas based on our brand, audience and business goals * Create the actual Instagram visuals using the photos and videos I provide * Design posts, carousels, Stories, promotional graphics, educational content, class/timetable graphics and other branded content * Make sure our content has a strong balance of promotional, educational, community and brand-led posts * Keep everything consistent with our existing premium brand identity * Bring your own creative ideas rather than waiting for me to tell you what to post I want someone who can look at the studio, understand our audience and say: “This is what I think you should be posting next month, and this is how I would present it.” I will provide the photography, videos and relevant information about upcoming promotions/classes. You will take that and turn it into a complete monthly content plan and finished visual assets ready for me to post. This role does NOT include: * Filming * Photography * Caption writing * Posting * Replying to comments or DMs * Community management * Paid advertising I’m looking for someone with a strong eye for premium, modern and clean visual design, ideally with experience in Pilates, fitness, wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands. This will be an ongoing monthly role for the right person.
