This is not just a video editing position. We're looking for someone who can manage the complete content pipeline—from transforming raw footage into engaging content to helping develop the strategy that grows our audience and brand. Atlantic Pedicabs isn't an e-commerce company—we're a real-world service business with an incredible story unfolding every day. We're less interested in someone whose background is focused on lead generation and online sales, and more interested in someone who knows how to tell authentic stories, capture genuine moments, and build a loyal audience around an exciting brand. We have a story worth telling, and we're looking for someone who can help us tell it. We operate Ocean City's exclusive pedicab transportation service under a partnership with the City of Ocean City, Maryland. Because of our unique position, we have an incredible opportunity to build a massive online following if the content is executed well. Our company has already generated significant public attention. Local news stories and Facebook posts about Atlantic Pedicabs have received thousands of comments, reactions, and shares because our operation has become one of the most talked-about additions to the Ocean City Boardwalk. We believe we're in a rare position where creative, consistent content has genuine viral potential. Your Responsibilities You'll receive raw footage from GoPros, Insta360 cameras, iPhones, and our team throughout the week. Your responsibilities will include: Editing Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts Writing compelling captions and creating engaging hooks Selecting licensed trending audio Adding captions, motion graphics, and branding Creating Stories and carousel posts Planning content calendars Recommending content ideas and filming opportunities Helping manage and grow our social media presence across all major platforms Tracking engagement and identifying what content performs best We're looking for someone who thinks beyond editing. We want someone who understands storytelling, audience growth, branding, and what makes people stop scrolling.
