We’ll provide: * Finished videos * Thumbnails * Graphics * Brand assets * Captions (when needed) * Content * Direction Your responsibility is taking those assets and helping them perform at the highest level possible. Responsibilities include: * Uploading content across multiple platforms * Scheduling content * Writing optimized titles * Writing optimized descriptions * Researching keywords * Optimizing SEO * Choosing hashtags * Organizing our content library * Managing upload schedules * Maintaining consistency * Tracking analytics * Monitoring performance * Reporting what’s working * Reporting what’s not working * Recommending improvements * Helping improve future uploads * Keeping our entire publishing system organized ⸻ We’re Looking For Strategy, Not Just Uploads We don’t want someone who simply uploads videos.
