Content Creator & Video Editor (Ongoing Role) We're looking for a reliable content person to own our content production and posting workflow. This is an ongoing role for someone who can take direction, work independently, and deliver on schedule without hand-holding. What You'll Do Edit short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, ads) Create graphics as needed, including AI-generated visuals (Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, or similar) Schedule and publish posts across social platforms on a consistent, timely cadence Follow a content calendar and hit deadlines without reminders What We're Looking For Proven video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve) Experience creating or adapting AI graphics for social content Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Metricool, Hootsuite, or native schedulers) Strong attention to detail — captions, hooks, formatting, and posting times matter Responsive communication and consistent turnaround times Required With Your Application Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Please include: A link to your portfolio or 3–5 examples of previous video edits Samples of graphics you've created (note which are AI-assisted) A brief description of your typical turnaround time per video/post The scheduling tools you've used Compensation Starting at $300 per month, after first month trial period, moving up to $400, with ability to increase with consistent results that are ahead of schedule.
