Social Media Content Support Specialist

We’re a growing fashion and lifestyle brand based in Europe, looking for an experienced Social Media Content ASssistant to support us with ongoing social media content. This role is for someone who genuinely loves Instagram, fashion, branding, storytelling and aesthetics - and understands how to position products in a way that feels natural, inspiring and never too salesy. You’ll help us turn brand assets, product content, UGC and creator content into strong Instagram content across reels, stories, feed posts and curated carousels. We’re looking for someone who can think beyond “just posting” and understands how each piece of content contributes to the bigger picture: brand perception, product discovery, inspiration, education, storytelling and community. What we’re looking for: * Experience creating social media content, ideally for fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands * Strong understanding of Instagram, especially reels, stories and carousel formats * A very good eye for aesthetics, layout, product positioning and visual storytelling * Strong sense for branding, tone of voice and how to keep content consistent * Strategic thinking: understanding why a post should exist, what value it brings and how it fits into the content mix * Ability to work independently and proactively bring ideas * Confidence working with UGC, creator content and brand/product assets * A good feeling for content that feels social-led, relevant and engaging — not overly polished or too salesy Tasks may include * Editing reels and short-form videos for Instagram * Preparing stories, feed posts and curated carousels * Reviewing and selecting UGC/creator content * Turning product-focused content into natural, social-first storytelling * Helping shape content ideas, hooks, captions and formats * Spotting social trends or content opportunities that could fit the brand * Keeping content aligned with the brand’s visual direction and tone of voice This is an ongoing remote collaboration, starting with a few hours per week, with the potential to grow over time.
