Social Media Content Virtual Assistant / Scheduler for Premium Founder Personal Brand (Fashion Tech / AI) We are seeking a reliable, high-level Virtual Assistant to manage the operational workflow and scheduling for the personal brand of a Founder & Creative Director in the AI fashion and creative technology space. This role is purely operational to remove the friction of manual posting, allowing the founder to focus entirely on creation. Your Responsibilities: * Retrieve raw images and videos including AI-generated fashion imagery, behind-the-scenes content, and brand assets from a shared Google Drive. * Correctly crop and format visuals for different platforms (primarily Instagram). * Match the visuals with pre-written, high-performing English copy (provided by our team). * Maintain a strict publishing schedule of posting every second day (3–4 times a week). * Schedule everything via a social media management tool (e.g., Buffer or Metricool) as DRAFTS. You will NOT have direct password access to the social accounts. Requirements: * Fluent in English with an understanding of premium, confident, business-focused language. * Extremely high attention to detail and a strong appreciation for clean, minimalist, luxury, and high-end fashion aesthetics. * Experienced with social media scheduling tools and digital asset management (Google Drive/Dropbox). * Reliable, structured, and consistent—someone who thrives on keeping a system running smoothly. * Willingness to sign a standard NDA to protect unreleased creative work and IP. This is an ongoing, long-term part-time role requiring roughly 5–10 hours per month.
