Social Media Coordinator — BodyArts LLC (Ongoing Role with Growth Potential) I'm a corrective movement and post-rehab specialist with 20 years of experience. I'm building the first-ever digital presence for my practice — Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — and I need a detail-oriented, organized social media coordinator to help me run it. I create and provide all video content. Your job is to support everything that happens after the footage exists. You will have the opportunity to create and design posts and carousels if that interests you, but at this time I will supply everything for reels --- WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES 1. Spreadsheet Management I work from a structured content spreadsheet with separate columns for: topic, video name, on-screen hook, cover text, Instagram caption, TikTok caption, YouTube Shorts caption, YouTube title, hashtags, and call to action. For each video I provide, you will fill in all columns. I review and approve everything before anything goes live. Nothing posts without my sign-off. 2. Video Editing (CapCut) I film the content. You edit it in CapCut to match the visual style of the existing account. This includes trimming, pacing, subtitles, and any on-screen text. I will provide posted videos as style reference. 3. Carousel Creation (1 per week) One carousel per week for Instagram, built in Canva using my brand templates and colors. I will provide the topic and key points. You build the visual. I approve before posting. 4. Scheduling and Posting Once approved, you schedule and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts according to the established posting schedule. 5. Daily Engagement 10 minutes of active engagement after each post goes live — replying to comments on our content and engaging with relevant accounts in our niche. Specific accounts and engagement guidelines will be provided. --- WHAT THIS IS NOT This is not a content strategy role. I supply the ideas, the clinical knowledge, and the video. You execute with precision and care. The account has a very specific voice — grounded, direct, intelligent, and educational. It does not sound like generic wellness content, motivational fitness coaching, or influencer health culture. Your job is to handle the execution without letting the voice drift. --- WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR - Strong English writing — clean, clear, no filler, no fluff - CapCut proficiency — you work in it regularly and efficiently - Canva experience — comfortable working inside an established brand template - Spreadsheet fluency — you are organized and accurate inside structured documents - Reliable communicator — you meet deadlines and flag issues before they become problems - Someone who takes direction well and asks smart questions --- GROWTH POTENTIAL This role starts with one business. I run three.
