Social Media Creator & Brand Face – Long-Term Role Invest In Yourself is a growing personal development and education platform. We are looking for a confident, creative and proactive person to become the Social Media Creator & Brand Face of the platform. This is a long-term, part-time role, not a traditional freelance content package. We are not looking for someone who simply completes a fixed number of posts and considers the month’s work finished. We want someone who genuinely takes ownership of our social presence and stays connected to the accounts throughout the month. What we’re looking for You will help manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok presence while also appearing naturally in content as a recognizable face of the brand. Your focus will include: * Creating and appearing in Reels and short-form videos * Maintaining an active and natural Stories presence * Developing content ideas, hooks and recurring formats * Monitoring what is working and adapting accordingly * Identifying and reacting to relevant trends and opportunities * Engaging with comments and relevant DMs * Supporting launches, announcements and campaigns * Highlighting member achievements and success stories * Participating in Lives when appropriate * Understanding our audience and what they respond to * Continuously looking for opportunities to improve reach, engagement and conversion The exact mix of activity may change from week to week. One week may require more Reels. Another may need more Stories, engagement, a Live, reacting to a trend or supporting a launch. We want the needs of the accounts and the growth strategy to guide where your time and effort are focused, rather than treating the role as a fixed monthly package of content. This does not mean unlimited work. We respect your time and want expectations to be fair and sustainable. The distinction is that we are hiring for an ongoing role and level of involvement, rather than purchasing a fixed number of individual content pieces. Who we’re looking for You should be: * Confident and natural on camera * Fluent or highly proficient in English * Creative and able to generate ideas independently * Experienced with Instagram and TikTok * Comfortable creating short-form video content * Proactive and able to work without waiting for daily instructions * Comfortable engaging with an online audience * Interested in personal development and education * Reliable and interested in building a long-term relationship with a growing brand We especially value someone who naturally thinks: “What do these accounts need right now, and what can I do to move them forward?” rather than: “Have I completed my required number of posts this month?” Compensation & Growth We offer good monthly compensation for the right person. This is intended to become a long-term relationship. As the platform grows and the responsibilities and workload increase, there will be opportunities for the role and compensation to grow as well.
