Social Media Creator

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, visual templates, short-form videos, account management, and performance analysis across our social media platforms. This role requires both creativity and strategic thinking, with a strong understanding of trends, audience engagement, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality social media content, including: - Post templates (static & carousel) - Short videos, reels, and other engaging visual content - Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms - Plan, schedule, and publish content according to a content calendar - Manage daily social media activities (comments, messages, engagement) - Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to our niche - Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) - Optimize content strategy based on analytics and insights - Suggest creative ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversions Nice to Have: - Experience managing multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) - Basic knowledge of paid ads or growth strategies - Portfolio or examples of previous social media work What We Offer: - Long-term collaboration opportunity - Creative freedom and room for ideas - Flexible working hours
