We’re a trusted name and are looking to grow our reach into new markets — and we need a savvy Facebook marketer to help us get there. ________________________________________ About the Role We’re looking for a self-motivated freelance Social Media & Facebook Ads Manager to manage our Facebook presence, run targeted ad campaigns, and help us grow brand awareness and fill trips across our expanding service area. This is a remote, part-time freelance position — perfect for someone who knows Facebook Ads inside and out and wants a consistent, long-term client. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do Content & Posting • Publish 4–6 Facebook posts per week • Split creative responsibility: ~50% of graphics/visuals you create (using Canva or similar); ~50% provided by us (photos, flyers, banners) • Write engaging, on-brand copy that resonates with our audience • Maintain consistency with our brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone) Facebook Ads Management • Manage a ~$500/month ad spend budget in Meta Ads Manager • Run campaigns with two objectives: – Trip-specific campaigns — promote individual trips to help fill seats – Brand awareness campaigns — build trust and recognition in new markets • Optimize campaigns to drive traffic to our website contact/inquiry form • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, and audiences to improve performance • Monitor campaigns regularly and adjust targeting, bidding, and creative as needed Reporting • Provide a brief monthly performance report covering reach, engagement, click-through rate, cost per lead, and form submissions ________________________________________ Target Audience Our core traveler is a 55+ female in Northeastern and Eastern Pennsylvania. We are well established in our home counties (Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wyoming, Sullivan, Wayne, Pike) and are actively looking to grow into: • Carbon, Monroe, Schuylkill • Lehigh, Northampton • Berks, Bucks, Montgomery • Columbia, Dauphin, Lebanon The ideal freelancer understands how to reach this demographic on Facebook and can craft messaging that builds trust with an older audience. ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Proven Facebook Ads experience — you know Meta Ads Manager inside and out (required) • Experience targeting 55+ demographics on Facebook • Strong graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent) • Ability to write short, compelling social copy • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule • Experience in the travel industry is a big plus but not required • Reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented ________________________________________ The Details • Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor (1099) • Location: 100% Remote • Hours: Approx. 10–15 hrs/weekly/ ~45 hours a month • Rate: $7–$10/hr (based on experience) • Ad Budget Managed: ~$500-$900/month (paid directly to Facebook by TravelWorld) • Platform: Facebook (to start)
