Social Media & Fan Engagement Manager

We're looking for someone who wants more than just another remote job. We're a small, growing team in the music industry looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Community Manager & Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time, long-term. We want someone who can grow with us and become part of our team family—not just complete tasks. What you'll do: - Manage social media communities, DMs, and comments. - Assist with administrative and organizational tasks. - Help with projects, follow-ups, and day-to-day needs. - Learn new tools and take initiative. What we're looking for: - Fluent in English & Spanish. - Available 40 hours/week, night shift for LATAM. - iPhone + reliable PC/laptop and internet required. - Tech-savvy, organized, proactive, and eager to learn. - Honest, loyal, reliable, and dedicated. - Passion for music/social media is a plus. - Looking for a long-term opportunity.
