We are looking for a reliable social media and forum engagement assistant to help our company, Sound Imaging, maintain a consistent presence across Reddit, Facebook groups, industry forums, and other online communities. Sound Imaging is a medtech company that provides MRI accessories, MRI-compatible cameras, stereo systems, parts, repairs, and safety-related products for imaging facilities. We are looking for someone who can follow an existing Social Media SOP and help execute daily/weekly posting, commenting, replying, and tracking activity. This role is not about generic social media posting. We need someone who can thoughtfully engage in relevant communities, follow instructions carefully, and help create real conversations around MRI safety, imaging workflow, and related healthcare technology topics. Responsibilities Your work may include: - Posting approved content on Reddit, Facebook groups, forums, and other relevant online communities - Commenting on relevant discussions in a natural, thoughtful way - Replying to comments and keeping conversations active Following our internal Social Media SOP closely - Tracking posts, comments, replies, links, responses, and engagement in a shared tracker - Finding relevant communities, groups, threads, and discussions where MRI safety or imaging workflow topics are being discussed - Helping identify what types of posts/comments are getting engagement - Reporting back with simple summaries of what worked, what did not, and what people are saying - Staying organized and consistent with daily/weekly execution Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: - Comfortable using Reddit, Facebook groups, forums, and online communities - Good at writing natural, non-spammy comments - Able to follow a clear SOP without needing constant supervision - Organized and consistent with tracking work - Comfortable working in a niche medical/healthcare technology space - Careful with tone and able to avoid sounding overly promotional - Good at reading community rules and avoiding posts that violate guidelines - Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented You do not need to be an MRI expert, but you should be willing to learn the basic language and context of the industry. Important Notes This role requires thoughtful engagement, not spam. We want someone who can participate in online discussions in a helpful and professional way while following platform/community rules. We will provide: - Social Media SOP - Approved topics and messaging angles - Company/product context - Tracking sheet - Guidance on where and how to engage Requirements Please apply only if you: - Have experience posting/commenting on Reddit, Facebook groups, forums, or online communities - Can write in clear, natural English - Are comfortable following detailed instructions - Can track your work accurately - Are available for consistent ongoing work To Apply Please answer the following questions: - What experience do you have with Reddit, Facebook groups, forums, or community engagement? - Have you ever managed posting/commenting for a company before?
