PR/Social Media Freelancer for Luxury Brand/Architects

Seeking Freelance Publicist for Luxury Residential Architect (Greater Chicago a Plus) We are seeking an experienced freelance publicist to help raise the profile of a Greater Chicago-based luxury residential architect with a distinctive, design-led approach to high-end homes. Importantly, we are less interested in traditional architecture industry publicity and more interested in reaching affluent consumers through luxury lifestyle, business, design, shelter, culture, and Chicago-focused media. Ideal placements might include: • Luxury lifestyle publications • Chicago media outlets • Affluent audience platforms • High-end real estate and design media • Podcasts, thought leadership opportunities, and selective influencer relationships This is not about reaching other architects. The goal is to build awareness and credibility with high-net-worth homeowners and culturally engaged affluent audiences. We are looking for someone who: • Has public relations experience in luxury sectors (architecture, interiors, hospitality, real estate, fashion, luxury travel, watches/jewelry, automotive, etc.) • Understands positioning and storytelling for premium brands • Has media relationships and placement experience • Can think strategically, not just pitch tactically • Ideally has familiarity with Chicago media and/or luxury national media The architect’s work centers on highly considered luxury homes with an emphasis on lifestyle, craftsmanship, wellness, and timeless design.
