Social Media & Growth Marketer for Wellness/Meditation Brand ($99 Product, Ongoing)

I run buddhabrian.com, a meditation and personal development brand. I have a proven $99 program — “No Mind Bliss,” a 15-minute guided meditation training with a 40-day accountability component — built and live, with existing short-form content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. I’m looking for a hands-on marketer to grow the audience and convert it into sales. Bonus if you can also help build my personal social presence, but the #1 priority is selling the program. What you’d do: • Make $ales happen by Manage and post consistent short-form content across IG, FB, YouTube, TikTok or whatever your way works best • Run light paid ads (I fund and control the ad account directly — you’ll get manager access) • Track what’s converting and report back monthly Pay: • $300/month flat for your work (separate from ad spend, which I manage directly at ~$200/month..(will need a drop guidance running ads as its my first time) • Bonus: $20 per $99 sale, for every sale after the 6th sale, in a given month • Open to increasing your monthly pay as sales grow • Month-to-month, ongoing as long as it’s working for both of us In your application, please include: • Relevant experience with wellness, coaching, or digital product brands • A realistic estimate: how many sales/month do you think you could drive with this budget?
