Social Media Growth Specialist for Content Creators We are a growing creator management agency looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist to help us build and grow social media accounts for our creators and drive targeted traffic to their subscription pages. This is a 30-day trial position with potential for ongoing work for the right person. What you’ll be doing * Manage and grow creator social media accounts. * Develop organic growth strategies for platforms such as X/Twitter, Reddit, Instagram and TikTok. * Create and schedule engaging posts using content provided by our creators. * Repurpose existing content into short-form videos, teasers and promotional posts. * Engage with relevant audiences and communities. * Research trends, hashtags, communities and content opportunities. * Drive traffic from social platforms to creator subscription pages. * Track performance including followers, engagement, profile visits, link clicks and subscriber growth. * Test different strategies and adjust based on results. What we’re looking for * Previous experience growing social media accounts organically. * Experience with creator/influencer marketing is a strong advantage. * Experience with subscription-based creator platforms is a plus. * Good understanding of social media algorithms and audience growth. * Strong communication skills and reliability. * Creative, proactive and willing to test different approaches. * Comfortable working with adult creators and maintaining strict professionalism and confidentiality. Important We’re not looking for someone who simply schedules posts. We want someone who understands the complete funnel: Content → Social Media Growth → Traffic → Subscription Page → Subscribers You will have access to creator content and will work with our team to develop a strategy for each creator. Budget & Trial $3–$5/hour 10–15 hours per week 30-day initial trial We’re working with a limited initial budget, but there is potential for long-term work and increased hours if you can demonstrate strong results.
