Social Media Growth Strategist

I am the founder of Sera Engineered, a civil engineering firm based in DC. We specialize in utility design, stormwater management, landscape design, surveying, and arborist work. I run a highly visual, fast-paced educational brand ("girly engineering") that breaks down complex physics and infrastructure concepts for a B2C audience of non-technical homeowners and real estate investors. I am looking for a data-driven Social Media Growth Strategist who understands algorithms, SEO, and packaging, not outdated "growth hack" spam. Context on Current Metrics: When reviewing our YouTube channel, you will notice a high subscriber count and a large number of views on our older videos. At the genesis of the channel, we ran paid YouTube promotions as a result of bad advice. We have not used this strategy since September 2025 and are strongly against it moving forward. I am strictly looking for 100% organic, algorithm-driven growth. The Deliverables & KPIs: You will be responsible for managing and growing 5 specific profiles: YouTube Instagram Facebook LinkedIn (Personal Profile) LinkedIn (Business Page) In addition to growth, you will be responsible for optimizing all profiles and content to naturally funnel our B2C audience to the company website without sacrificing algorithmic reach. The Strict Monthly KPI: You must successfully organically grow each of these platforms by a minimum of 200 followers/subscribers per month. The Two-Week Checkpoint: I track metrics closely. By the end of Week 2, you must be at the halfway mark (100 new followers per platform). If you are not hitting this pace, we will part ways so neither of us wastes time. If the contract is terminated at the two-week mark, you will be paid for half the month only if you have provided clear backend metrics and noticeable, high-quality work was performed. What I DO NOT Want (Instant Disqualification): No paid promotion or artificial inflation. No "Reply Guy" strategies. Do not go to other channels or pages and copy-paste comments with my name to bait clicks. No follow-for-follow schemes, botting, or fake engagement. No vanity metrics. I track backend data and traffic sources rigorously. I want growth driven by proper B2C keyword research, SEO, thumbnail/packaging analysis, and algorithmic triggers. Compensation & Incentives: Base Pay: $250/month Performance Bonus: When you successfully reach 20,000 organic followers/subscribers on each platform, your base pay will immediately double. If you are truly great at what you do, this is highly achievable. Requirements: Proven track record of growing YouTube channels via algorithmic recommendations and SEO, not external link spamming or paid ads. Ability to adapt technical engineering concepts into highly engaging B2C copy. Fluency in backend analytics (YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite).
