Social Media Ideation Specialist Needed for Agency

I am building an agency (ClickWright Media) that helps businesses scale through short-form media. We are currently targeting a variety of niches, but are looking to specialize within the next year. What I am looking for is a content ideation specialist - someone who is on top of trends and has great post ideas, series ideas, or can come up with good formats/hooks. You don't have to be original - a lot of this role will involve research into what's working. But creativity and good writing skills is a huge bonus. What I don't want is someone who generates ideas with AI. I've tried it before and everything Chat and Claude suggests is boring, unnatural, and yet overly optimized.
