Summary

We're a US-based SaaS company with an AI-powered product in the hiring and recruiting space, serving home services businesses. We need design that looks premium and converts, not generic template work. What you'll do - Design conversion-focused landing page and site layouts. - Design paid social creative for Meta: static ads and video frame concepts, built around a hook, hold, and close structure. A lot of our best material is testimonial-led, so expect to work case-study numbers and proof points into clean, premium layouts. - Design within Unbounce's real capabilities. You will NOT build the pages. You design so that whatever you hand off can be implemented 1:1 by our Unbounce specialist, respecting the builder's structure, responsive constraints, and supported widgets. - Deliver organized Figma files with specs, exported assets, and responsive notes that make handoff clean. You're a fit if you have - A portfolio of conversion-focused landing pages and paid social creative (please link it). Working knowledge of Unbounce, specifically what is and isn't buildable in the builder and how pages behave responsively. This is required, because designs that can't be built waste everyone's time. - Strong Figma skills and a clean handoff habit. - A feel for ad creative structure and premium brand perception. We care a lot about not looking cheap or AI-generated. - Fast turnaround and comfort working from a written brief without hand-holding. Nice to have B2B or SaaS experience, ideally recruiting or home services. Paid test project This starts as a small paid test, with the possibility of ongoing work for the right person. From a brief we provide, you'll design one landing page hero section plus 2 social ad variants (2 images), for a flat fee.
