Social Media Builder for Premium Food Brand US-Based, Fluent in English Lobsterboys is building the #1 live lobster brand in the world, and we are looking for a driven Social Media Manager to help make us a household name. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands content, algorithms, real-time media opportunities, and how social drives both brand growth and sales. Responsibilities - Lead content strategy, planning, calendar and creation - lead the team in execution of content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (potentially X) at least 5 days per week - Manage long-form, short-form, Reels, Shorts, Stories, and Highlights (with video editor and graphic designer) - React quickly to TV appearances, PR, media coverage, and trending opportunities - Write strong captions, hashtags, hooks, tags, and calls to action Tag relevant people, shows, media outlets, creators, and products. -Provide direction to edit video with captions, strong hooks platform-specific approaches and graphics. - Provide direction for creation of on-brand assets with designer - Having an ability to do some design and video editing is a plus Understand and lead repurposing our large library of existing content including over 75 content creator videos Track performance and apply a strong understanding of algorithms. Please note: Lobsterboys cannot sell through TikTok Shop because of restrictions on live food products. We are looking for a builder-ambitious, proactive, curious, collaborative and competitive. This role will start at approximately 15 hours per week and will expand as we gain substantial momentum across platforms - your growth and the brand's growth on social media go hand in hand.
