I am a professional music producer and sample composer. To keep my time strictly optimized for studio execution and high-volume asset creation, my daily workflow is completely decoupled from social media. I am looking for a sharp, autonomous operator to handle the management, curation, and communication on exactly two platforms: Instagram and TikTok. The Strategic Goal: The primary objective of these channels is not to chase cheap virality or algorithmic trends. The goal is to build a highly curated, premium digital portfolio that commands respect and serves as a bridge to connect with other high-level producers and artists. Core Responsibilities: Profile Curation & Content Posting: You will take raw audio/visual assets provided by me and publish them. The cadence is low-volume but high-impact: at least 1 video per week (cross-posted to both Instagram Reels and TikTok) and 1–2 photos per week (Instagram only). You will be responsible for ensuring the overall grid aesthetic looks clean, elite, and professional. Inbound Engagement & Triage: You will handle the comment sections and monitor the inbox on my accounts. Your job is to engage authentically with the community, filter out the noise, and notify me of high-priority opportunities or conversations that require my direct input. Respectful Outbound Outreach: You will execute proactive outreach to targeted producers, loop makers, and artists. This outreach must be handled in a highly respectful, non-annoying, peer-to-peer manner—no desperate spamming, no copy-pasted pitches. Your objective is to build genuine industry relationships. CRITICAL: The Anti-AI Filter (Read Closely) Ninety-nine percent of Upwork proposals are automated, lifeless AI copy-pastes. If you use ChatGPT to generate your response, it will be deleted immediately. To prove you are a real human being with genuine communication skills and taste, your proposal must strictly adhere to these two rules: No Lists or Bullet Points: Do not use a single bullet point, numbered list, or generic bolded header in your proposal. Write it as a direct, natural, human-to-human message. The Micro-Task: Inside your message, include a 2-sentence example of a respectful, non-annoying outbound DM you would send to a high-level producer to initiate a professional connection without sounding desperate. If your proposal uses bullets, lacks the micro-task, or sounds like a corporate robot, it will be skipped.
