Job Description para Upwork Social Media Content Creator – Streetwear Brand (Berlin) We're looking for a content creator to manage social media for CUZTOM, a Berlin-based streetwear brand built around quiet confidence and authentic self-expression. This is not a "post 3 times a week and use trending sounds" role. CUZTOM has a very specific voice. You need to understand it — or be willing to learn it fast. What you'll do Create weekly content (photos, Reels, carousels, type posts) for Instagram and TikTok Develop concepts that match the brand's aesthetic: raw, real, Berlin, no over-production Stay on top of trends and adapt them to the brand — without losing the brand Deliver a weekly content plan with captions, formats, and posting schedule Post and manage the feed independently What you'll work with 3 t-shirt models in black and white (physical products will be provided or shipped) Brand strategy document (tone of voice, visual references, copy framework) Creative direction from the founder when needed You are: Someone who actually gets underground streetwear culture Comfortable shooting lo-fi content (iPhone is fine — overproduction is not) Fluent in English (brand language) — German and/or Spanish is a plus Trend-aware but not trend-dependent A self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement You are NOT: A generic social media manager who reposts quotes and uses stock photos Someone who needs a full creative brief for every post Dependent on big budgets or professional setups Commitment: ~20 hours/week Location: Remote (Berlin-based preferred but not required) Language: English (working language), Spanish is a big plus To apply, share your portfolio — specifically work that is raw, minimal, and brand-specific.
