We are ramping up for a massive launch this month and need a rockstar Social Media Manager & Community Lead to take our digital presence to the next level! We are Walker’s Cay Productions, and we are officially premiering our brand-new, 7-episode series, "My Brother Lenny", alongside its official soundtrack. The series is being released and distributed directly through our website, so our primary goal is driving heavy traffic, building hype, and converting followers into viewers. You will be managing two distinct entities that live under the same umbrella: 1. Walker’s Cay Productions (The Production Company brand) 2. "My Brother Lenny" (The Series/Show brand) The content is highly intertwined, but the pages have separate accounts across all major platforms. We need an agile, creative, and proactive manager who can handle both seamlessly without dropping the ball. You will be the heartbeat of our social channels. Your responsibilities across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook) for both accounts will include: * Content Scheduling & Publishing: Own the grid. Plan, schedule, and post a high volume of trailers, mini-teasers, episode highlights, and soundtrack promos provided by our editing team. * 
Story Strategy & Real-Time Updates: Keep our accounts buzzing daily with engaging Stories, countdowns, link stickers directing to the website, and behind-the-scenes hype. * Community Management (The Most Crucial Part): You aren't just posting and ghosting. You will actively manage the comment sections, reply to fans, engage in the DMs, and spark conversations to build a loyal community. * Cross-Pollination Strategy: Strategically tag, collaborate, and link the production company's content with the series' content to drive growth to both pages simultaneously. * Trend Copywriting: Write compelling, platform-specific hooks, captions, and tags optimized for algorithm discovery.
