Summary

I'm a personal finance content creator with an active YouTube channel, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and a weekly newsletter. I also run online courses and digital products. I'm looking for a sharp, organized Social Media Manager & Content Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations of my content distribution, community, social presence, and marketing coordination. This starts as a part-time role (20 hours/week) with strong potential to grow into a full-time position. You must be available during US business hours (EST) This role is built for someone who has worked directly with a content creator or course creator before — you understand the pace, the systems, and what it takes to run a multi-platform presence without things slipping. A genuine interest in or working knowledge of personal finance, investing, or money topics is a strong plus. You don't need to be a CFP, but you should be able to write a caption about compound interest without Googling what it means. --- WHAT YOU'LL OWN YouTube Operations - Manage the upload workflow: titles, descriptions, tags, cards, end screens, chapters - Consistently run A/B tests on thumbnails and titles and track results - Monitor performance data and surface what's working and what isn't Content Repurposing & Distribution - Coordinate repurposing of long-form YouTube videos into Shorts, Reels, and TikToks (video editing handled separately — your job is strategy, coordination, and scheduling) - Repurpose video content into the weekly newsletter, adapting the core ideas for an email-native format - Write captions adapted for each platform's native style and tone - Schedule and publish across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok via Buffer Newsletter - Write and publish a weekly newsletter drawing from that week's video content (direction and talking points provided) - Keep newsletter topics aligned with the video and content calendar - Track open rates, CTR, and subscriber growth in Kit Marketing Strategy & Launch Coordination - Develop and execute organic growth strategies across platforms on an ongoing basis - When a course launch, product drop, or campaign is live, coordinate the full cross-platform rollout — what goes out, where, when, and in what sequence - Build and maintain launch checklists to make sure nothing falls through the cracks - Support sponsor and brand deal coordination: track deliverable deadlines, schedule integration posts, flag upcoming windows - Understand how content feeds into course sales and lead magnet funnels so CTAs and captions are written with conversion in mind - Identify cross-promotion opportunities and flag relevant trends worth capitalizing on Email & Community Management - Monitor and respond to emails — brand inquiries, community questions, and general inbox management — in my voice - Respond to comments on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok in my voice - Escalate anything that needs my direct attention - Foster genuine engagement across platforms Reporting & Communication - Deliver a structured weekly summary: what was completed, what's in progress, what's coming up - Maintain a weekly analytics report covering views, reach, engagement, subscribers, and email growth in Google Sheets - Keep the content calendar in Notion current across all platforms - Flag performance drops or anomalies early --- TOOLS YOU'LL USE Notion | Buffer | Kit (ConvertKit) | Canva | ChatGPT | Google Sheets | Slack Fluency with all of these is expected. --- WHO THIS IS FOR - You've worked directly with a content creator or course creator — this is non-negotiable - You have a genuine interest in personal finance content and can write about money topics naturally - You understand how YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms work in practice - You can write well and adapt your tone across email, captions, and community responses - You've coordinated a product launch or campaign across multiple platforms before - You're proactive, organized, and communicate clearly — you don't wait to be told something's slipping - You can run independently once systems are in place, and take direction well during ramp-up --- TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE 1.
