Social Media Manager & Content Creator (TikTok, IG, Facebook + Paid Ads)

We're an e-bike company expanding, and we're looking for a freelance Social Media Manager who can both create content and run paid campaigns to grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. What you'll do: Create and post content (short-form videos/reels, photos, stories) promoting our e-bikes across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Film and edit your own visual content — we're looking for someone who can produce polished, engaging content independently, not just write captions Build and maintain a consistent content calendar across all three platforms Manage community engagement (comments, DMs) on all accounts Plan, set up, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) Report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, reach, conversions, ROI) and adjust strategy based on results Take full ownership of our social media presence — you'll be the main point of contact for all things social What we're looking for: Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business (portfolio/examples required) Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns on Meta and/or TikTok Ads Manager Strong content creation skills — filming and editing short-form video Comfortable proposing an ad budget and strategy based on your experience (we don't have a fixed budget set yet — we want your recommendation) Excellent written English Self-starter who can manage multiple platforms with minimal supervision
