Description: About Flydial AI Flydial AI automates outbound calling and sales using AI. We're at the very start of building our brand and audience, and we're looking for one talented person to own our organic social and community presence and grow it from zero. The Role This is a part-time, ongoing role of around 20 hours per week. You'll be our content creator, video editor, social media manager, and community engagement lead rolled into one. Your job is to build a real, engaged audience across all our channels using organic growth methods — no paid ads. You'll create and post content, edit video, comment, follow, and start genuine conversations about Flydial and the broader topic of automating outbound calling and sales with AI. Strong performers may grow into more hours over time, so we're looking for someone who wants to invest in understanding our brand for the long term. What you'll do Plan, create, and post content consistently across all our social channels (e.g. LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook — recommend the mix you think fits best) Edit short-form and long-form video that's scroll-stopping and on-brand Grow our audience organically from 0 — commenting, following, engaging, and building community daily Write and post on blogs, Reddit, and review sites, and spark meaningful, genuine conversations around Flydial and AI-driven outbound/sales Track performance and report on what's working channel by channel, then double down on it Maintain a consistent posting cadence and steadily grow our presence over time Requirements Proven track record growing an audience organically (ideally from scratch) — please show examples Strong video editing skills (please link a portfolio/reel) Strong copywriting and hook-writing skills — the difference between content that grows and content that dies Excellent written English, fully fluent — you'll be writing public-facing copy and engaging in conversations Comfortable talking intelligently about AI, sales, and outbound — the Reddit and review-site conversations only work if you sound like a knowledgeable peer, not a marketer B2B, SaaS, or tech experience is a strong plus — our audience is sales teams and founders, so someone who's grown an audience in a technical or business space will speak more credibly than a lifestyle-content generalist Self-directed and reliable with a consistent weekly output Comfortable with automated time tracking through Upwork (Upwork's time tracker / Work Diary) You must be the person actually doing the work. This is not for agencies or for subcontracting out — the person we hire is the person who delivers. Going viral: How do you plan to help Flydial go viral, channel by channel? What's your thinking on what could break out for an AI sales-automation brand? Community engagement: How would you start genuine, valuable conversations on Reddit, blogs, and review sites without coming across as spam or getting flagged/banned? Tools & tech: Which tools and technologies do you use to assist your work (scheduling, editing, analytics, AI tools, etc.)? Tracking & reporting: How will you track your work and report results to us, and how often? Availability: Are you available for up to 20 hours per week on an ongoing basis? Time tracking: Confirm you're comfortable using Upwork's automated time tracking. Portfolio: Share links to past social accounts you've grown and a video editing reel.
