Social Media Manager & Content Creator for Montessori School (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok)

Kids USA Montessori is a growing Montessori school with four campuses in Texas, USA. We're looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help us grow our online presence, engage families, and support student enrollment through high-quality social media content. Responsibilities ● Plan and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ● Create monthly content calendars ● Design engaging graphics using Canva or similar tools ● Edit short-form videos and Reels ● Write captions and hashtags ● Schedule and publish content ● Create Stories ● Repurpose existing photos and videos from campuses ● Promote school events and enrollment campaigns ● Highlight classroom activities ● Showcase parent testimonials and Google Reviews ● Monitor engagement and respond when needed ● Prepare a monthly performance report ● Attend occasional online planning meetings Required Skills ● Experience managing business social media accounts ● Strong Canva skills ● Experience editing Reels or TikTok videos ● Excellent English ● Able to write engaging captions ● Organized and reliable ● Experience with Meta Business Suite Bonus: ● Experience with Montessori, education, childcare, or schools ● Basic knowledge of social media analytics Work Details ● Remote ● Approximately 20 hours per week ● Flexible schedule ● Long-term opportunity for the right candidate ● Budget: $300/month Portfolio Requirement ● 2–3 social media accounts they personally managed (links) ● 3–5 graphics they designed ● 2–3 Reels or short-form videos they edited ● A brief explanation of their role in each project During the interview, you'll be asked to share your screen and walk us through your previous work and explain your role in each project.
