Social Media Manager & Content Creator for Personal Brand Budget: $30/month Time Commitment: 8–10 hours per month Long-Term Opportunity – Hiring Immediately I'm looking for a reliable, creative, and proactive Social Media Manager to help grow my personal brand online. My brand is centered around helping women heal, rediscover themselves, and intentionally create the lives they desire. It is important that you're comfortable creating culturally relevant, authentic content that speaks to women, particularly Black women in the United States. This is more than a content scheduling role. I'm looking for someone who enjoys thinking creatively, experimenting with new ideas, identifying trends, and helping build a recognizable personal brand. Responsibilities * Batch-create social media content each month. * Develop and execute a monthly content plan with my input. * Create and schedule **3 posts per week**, including: 1 Carousel Post 1 Static Graphic Post 1 Reel (30–60 seconds using content provided by the employer)** * Edit Reels using **Edits, CapCut, or another comparable editing platform.** * Create graphics, carousel posts, captions, and other social media content for approval. * Repurpose existing content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. * Suggest creative campaigns, content series, trends, and new ideas that align with my brand. * Research trending audio, hooks, and social media trends when appropriate. * Schedule approved content using GoHighLevel. * Maintain posting consistency. * Respond to comments and perform light engagement to help build community. * Help increase brand visibility, engagement, follower growth, and qualified leads. Platforms Primary platforms include: * Instagram * Facebook * LinkedIn Tools You must have your own access to: ChatGPT, Claude, or another advanced AI writing/content tool Edits, CapCut, or another video editing platform (free) I will provide access to: GoHighLevel ( for batch scheduling and social media management). I will provide access to Canva for content creation. You should use AI heavily and strategically throughout your workflow to maximize efficiency. AI should be used to generate content ideas, write and refine captions, brainstorm hooks, repurpose content, research trends, create content outlines, and speed up the batching process. The expectation is that AI is used as a productivity tool to complete the work efficiently while maintaining high-quality, on-brand content. What I'm Looking For You are: * Organized, dependable, and proactive. * Creative and willing to bring fresh ideas to the table. * Comfortable marketing for a Black female entrepreneur in the United States. * Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video content. * Able to create engaging graphics, carousel posts, captions, and Reels. * Comfortable working within an established brand voice. * Able to batch-create and schedule content efficiently. * Comfortable receiving feedback and revising content as needed. Experience working with personal brands, service-based businesses, coaches, consultants, or wellness brands is a plus. Deliverables Each month you will provide: * Approximately **12 scheduled posts** (3 per week) * 4 Carousel Posts * 4 Static Graphic Posts * 4 Reels (30–60 seconds) * Monthly content calendar * All content scheduled in GoHighLevel * Light community engagement * Monthly analytics report ## Monthly Reporting At the end of each month, provide a report including: * Number of posts published * Reach * Impressions * Engagement * Follower growth * Best-performing content * Recommendations for the following month Collaboration This is a collaborative role. I will provide videos, photos, content ideas, and direction. I'm looking for someone who can take those materials and turn them into engaging social media content while also bringing fresh ideas and recommendations to the table. We will meet **every other month** for a 30-minute strategy meeting via Zoom during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time). ## Compensation **$30/month** * Approximately **8–10 hours of work per month** * This role is designed to be completed efficiently through heavy use of AI tools, content batching, templates, and scheduling systems.
