Social Media Manager & Content Creator for Women’s Financial Wellness App

MoneyPOP is an AI-powered financial wellness app designed specifically for women entrepreneurs in the beauty industry. We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager who can help us grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok by creating engaging content that resonates with hairstylists, estheticians, nail techs, makeup artists, lash artists, and beauty entrepreneurs. This is not a traditional corporate finance brand. We combine financial education, behavioral psychology, entrepreneurship, and real-life money struggles into relatable content. Responsibilities * Create 12–20 short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) per month * Create Instagram carousel posts * Write captions * Schedule content * Repurpose existing founder content * Create content from app screenshots and features * Develop content ideas and monthly content calendars * Engage with comments and messages when needed * Track basic analytics and recommend improvements Ideal Candidate * Experience creating content for beauty brands, coaches, or women-focused businesses * Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends * Excellent video editing skills * Ability to create content that feels authentic rather than overly polished * Experience growing engaged communities Communication Style I am a hands-on founder and value open, proactive communication. I am looking for someone who is comfortable collaborating, sharing ideas, asking questions, and providing regular updates. I prefer a partnership approach rather than simply handing off tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable receiving feedback, brainstorming content ideas together, and adjusting strategy based on audience response and analytics.
