Social Media Manager & Content Creator – Travel & Tourism Know Jamaica Tours is a growing Jamaica-based tour company specializing in private excursions, cruise shore excursions, airport transfers, group travel, and authentic cultural experiences. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help grow our online presence and establish Know Jamaica Tours as one of the most recognized tourism brands in Jamaica. Responsibilities * Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts * Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions * Design graphics using Canva or similar tools * Edit short-form videos for Reels and Shorts * Schedule and publish content * Respond to comments and messages when required * Grow engagement and audience organically * Assist with promoting tours, excursions, and special offers * Track performance and provide monthly reports Ideal Candidate * Experience managing social media accounts for travel, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries * Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite * Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools * Ability to create engaging content that drives inquiries and bookings * Strong English communication skills * Reliable and detail-oriented Bonus Skills * Tourism or travel industry experience * Meta Ads Manager experience * WordPress experience * Graphic design experience * Email marketing experience To Apply Please provide: 1.
