We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help grow our online presence and increase audience engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing social media platforms, and implementing effective content strategies that align with our brand goals. Responsibilities Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms. Design graphics, reels, carousels, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools. Develop and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content copy. Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally. Research industry trends and competitor activities. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels. Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. Requirements Proven experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation. Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content marketing. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
