Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We are a luxury residential architecture and design-build firm based in Newport Beach, CA looking for a local Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help grow our brand. We're looking for someone who can create engaging content and manage our social media presence. Responsibilities: Create a monthly content plan Write captions and video scripts Create Instagram posts, Reels, and LinkedIn content Edit short-form videos Schedule and publish content Help grow our social media presence Requirements: Experience managing social media accounts Strong writing and content creation skills Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.) Must be local to Orange County or Los Angeles for occasional on-site content creation Bonus: Experience with architecture, luxury homes, interior design, construction, or real estate.
