Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help manage and grow our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create content that looks polished and professional while still feeling authentic, engaging, and relevant to the target audience. We’re looking for someone who can take ideas and turn them into scroll-stopping social media content, while also helping us maintain a consistent posting schedule. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Creating engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Designing clean and visually appealing graphics using Canva Editing short-form videos/Reels using CapCut or similar editing software Writing engaging captions and appropriate calls-to-action Researching relevant and trending content ideas Finding and incorporating relevant trending sounds/audio where appropriate Creating a variety of content including Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories, and educational/promotional content Maintaining a consistent and organized content calendar Scheduling and publishing content Conducting basic hashtag and keyword research Monitoring engagement and interacting with comments/messages when needed Keeping up with current social media trends and platform best practices Suggesting new content ideas and ways to improve our social media presence The ideal candidate is: Creative and has a strong eye for aesthetics Comfortable creating content independently Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Experienced with Canva and CapCut Able to write clear, engaging social media captions Reliable and organized Good at communicating and taking feedback Able to meet deadlines consistently Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to create Comfortable researching trends and coming up with fresh content ideas Previous social media management or content creation experience is preferred, but we are also open to newer freelancers who can demonstrate strong skills through their portfolio.
