Social Media Manager + Content Executor — Ongoing Role, Room to Grow

WHO WE ARE We're Drake Haus, a boutique marketing agency. Our focus is high-end luxury real estate, consumer products and e-commerce brands — so you'll get variety. Our work is quality-sensitive — the brands we represent are premium, so the bar for taste and attention to detail is high. We're small, fast-moving, and growing, and we're looking for one reliable social media manager to become a long-term part of how we deliver for clients. THE ROLE You'll be the hands-on engine for our clients' social media. Our strategist sets the direction and the brand voice — you take that and make it real: planning, writing, scheduling, publishing, and engaging across client accounts. This is a focused social media management role. While this is a trial role. We want someone we can grow with: more hours, more responsibility, and higher pay as you prove yourself. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Plan and maintain content calendars across client accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and others as needed — LinkedIn, Pinterest, X) - Write on-brand captions and copy that match each client's voice (luxury vs. consumer product are different registers) - Schedule and publish content using our calendar and brand templates - Manage community and engagement — comments, DMs, replies — on-brand and on time - Research hashtags, trends, and formats (Reels, Stories) and bring ideas to the table - Light content assembly in Canva from our templates (a plus, not required) - Pull and report basic performance (Meta Insights, native analytics, GA4 basics) WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - Demonstrable social media management experience — **real brand accounts you've actually run** (handles, not mockups) - Strong written English and a sharp sense of brand voice — you'll write a lot of captions and have some client contact - Comfort with scheduling/management tools - Reliability and ownership: you hit deadlines, flag problems early, and don't go dark - Bonus: experience with luxury, real estate, design/architecture, or e-commerce brands - Bonus: light graphic/Canva skills and basic short-form video editing - Preferred (not required): meaningful daily overlap with US Central (Houston) business hours. We're open to strong people in other timezones, but overlap helps with same-day collaboration and timely community management. HOW THIS WORKS - We start with a **short paid trial project** (2-4 weeks) so we both know it's a fit - Starting rate is **$22/hour** with a potential to increase and steady ongoing hours for the right person, tied to results - Strategy and brand direction come from us — you'll always have clear, well-scoped work, not guesswork --- HOW TO APPLY To be considered, please include all of the following.
