We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and help grow our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strategic planner, and skilled communicator who understands how to create engaging content, increase audience engagement, build online communities, and drive measurable business results through social media marketing. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business goals. You will oversee content creation, content scheduling, audience engagement, community management, brand awareness campaigns, and performance analytics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant social networks. This role requires someone who stays up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, content marketing strategies, and digital marketing best practices. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and making data-driven decisions to improve social media performance and audience growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Create, curate, and publish high-quality content, including graphics, images, videos, stories, reels, short-form content, and written posts. Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms. Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content publishing. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and content trends. Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages, and maintain active community engagement. Build and nurture online communities while strengthening relationships with followers, customers, and brand advocates. Develop creative campaigns that drive engagement, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions. Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketers, and other stakeholders to produce compelling content. Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversions. Optimize content strategies based on performance data and audience insights. Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, algorithm updates, and best practices in social media marketing. Identify influencer marketing and partnership opportunities to expand brand reach. Manage social media advertising campaigns when required. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Marketing Specialist, Community Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, branding, and audience development. Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting. Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, Metricool, or similar platforms. Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaign management. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, content strategy, and online brand management. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating viral and high-engagement content. Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnership outreach. Experience with video editing and short-form content creation. Understanding of AI-powered content creation tools and social media automation tools. Experience working with personal brands, startups, agencies, or e-commerce businesses. Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: Increased follower growth and audience engagement.
