Social Media Manager & Customer Engagement Specialist

We are a luxury transportation company based in San Francisco, looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and attract new customers through social media. Responsibilities: * Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts. * Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, and Posts). * Build relationships with potential and existing customers. * Encourage organic customer feedback and reviews to strengthen our online reputation. Requirements: * Fluent English (written and spoken). * Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation. * Strong communication and customer engagement skills. * Self-motivated and results-driven. Compensation: * Fixed salary: $500/month based on agreed monthly goals and performance. * Compensation will increase as customer engagement, bookings, and overall business growth improve, the base rate is structured around an estimated booking volume of 100 conversions at $5 per booking.
