Summary

Role Overview • Lead Sevenesy’s organic social presence across TikTok and Instagram, with a focus on building the brand, increasing brand discovery, and turning attention into customers. • We are open to working with either a dedicated freelance social media manager or a boutique agency with strong experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. • This role requires strong taste and creative direction for the feed; someone who understands how to make the brand look elevated and cohesive while still knowing when to lean into trends that can perform. It's not about what looks 'good', but what converts. Responsibilities • Own and manage the content calendar for TikTok and Instagram, including feed posts, Reels, and Stories. • Lead the overall creative direction of the organic feed, ensuring content feels on-brand, visually strong, and aligned with Sevenesy’s identity. • Source, brief, and coordinate UGC creators while organizing and maximizing both creator content and in-house brand assets. • Write strong captions, hooks, and on-screen text that feel native to each platform and resonate with our target audience. • Stay on top of platform trends, sounds, and content formats, especially on TikTok, and quickly adapt strategy when opportunities appear. • Have a strong instinct for which trends are worth acting on, with a clear vision for what is likely to perform while keeping the brand at the center. • Manage engagement by posting comments in a way that reflects the Sevenesy brand voice. • Track and report on key organic performance metrics such as reach, saves, shares, follows, engagement, and link clicks on a weekly basis. • Provide monthly reporting on account growth, top-performing content, insights, and strategic recommendations for improvement. Requirements • Proven experience growing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts for fashion, beauty, jewelry, or other visually driven consumer brands. • Strong taste, visual judgment, and creative direction skills, especially when it comes to building a feed that feels both elevated and performance-aware. • Strong understanding of short-form video content and what drives attention, engagement, and conversion. • Strong sense of trends, with the ability to identify what has real performance potential rather than simply following what is popular. • Excellent writing skills, with a strong feel for brand voice and platform-native content. • Experience briefing UGC creators effectively. • Data-informed mindset; able to analyze performance, identify patterns, and continuously test, learn, and improve. • Please share relevant account examples, results, or case studies with your application.
