Job Overview We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who can also design engaging social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives while creating compelling content for our brand. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage social media campaigns, create eye-catching visuals, and write content that drives engagement and lead generation. Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube accounts. Create and maintain monthly content calendars. Schedule and publish posts consistently. Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages. Analyze performance and provide monthly reports. Graphic Design Design social media posts, banners, posters, and promotional creatives. Create campaign-specific graphics and advertisements. Develop brand-consistent visual content. Design event, festival, and promotional marketing materials. Content Writing Write engaging captions and social media copy. Create blog content and website content when needed. Develop marketing messages and promotional campaigns. Research industry trends and create relevant content. Required Skills Social Media Marketing AI Tools experience (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) is a plus Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator Content Writing & Copywriting Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn Marketing Graphic Design Branding & Visual Communication Basic Video Editing (Preferred) Preferred Experience Experience marketing for IT services, ERP software, SaaS, AI solutions, or technology companies. Understanding of lead generation campaigns. Experience targeting the Indian market. Deliverables 30–40 social media posts per month Monthly content calendar Custom banners and promotional creatives Content writing for social platforms Monthly performance report
