Social Media Manager + Designer for LATAM Brand — Canva/Adobe, Spanish Native

We're a strategic marketing consultancy based in Chile. We manage the marketing function for SME and startup clients across LATAM, and we're building a roster of reliable freelance talent to support execution. We're looking for a Social Media Manager with strong design skills to join one of our client projects on a part-time, ongoing basis. This is a hybrid role: you'll both create the visual content and manage community execution. WHAT YOU'LL DO · Design social media assets (feed posts, stories, reels covers) following brand guidelines we provide · Write captions in LATAM Spanish adapted to the brand's tone · Schedule and publish content according to a pre-approved calendar · Report basic weekly metrics (reach, engagement, growth) in a simple format · Coordinate with our strategy team async — we set the direction, you execute WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR · Native or near-native Spanish speaker (LATAM, Chilean a plus) · Solid visual design skills — Canva is the minimum, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus · Experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts for real brands (not personal accounts) · Ability to adapt to different brand identities across clients — we work with multiple brands simultaneously · Organized, responsive, and able to work with minimal supervision · Portfolio showing both design work AND the accounts you've managed (metrics welcome) WHAT THIS IS NOT · This is not a strategy role — we handle positioning, content pillars, and planning · This is not a photography or video production role · This is not a full-time position HOW TO APPLY Please include in your proposal: 1.
