Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist Company: Sterling Hospitality Supply Limited Sterling Hospitality Supply Limited is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can develop engaging content, execute marketing strategies, and help increase brand awareness and sales. Responsibilities: Social Media Management Manage our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn business accounts. Develop a monthly content calendar and posting schedule. Create engaging graphics, videos, and marketing materials using Canva. Write compelling captions and social media copy aligned with our brand. Schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely publishing. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages as directed, and recommend improvements. Content Planning Work directly with the business owner to understand priorities, promotions, new products, and company updates. Develop content ideas and campaigns based on owner instructions and business goals. Submit content calendars and designs for review and approval before publishing. Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and professional appearance. Digital Marketing & SEO Improve our website and online presence through SEO best practices. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines. Recommend strategies to improve website traffic and online visibility. Monitor SEO performance and provide regular reports with recommendations. Advertising & Business Growth Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Recommend and manage paid advertising strategies across Google and social media platforms. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment. Identify partnership opportunities with complementary businesses, organizations, and industry partners to increase brand awareness and accelerate growth. Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to generate leads and grow sales. Reporting Provide monthly reports on social media performance, website traffic, advertising results, and growth metrics. Recommend new strategies based on performance data and industry trends. Qualifications: Proven experience managing business social media accounts. Strong graphic design skills using Canva. Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn marketing. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization. Experience creating and managing Google Ads campaigns. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns independently. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the business owner. Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is an asset. Preferred Experience Experience in hospitality, food service, restaurant supplies, or B2B distribution. Understanding of digital lead generation and customer acquisition strategies. Experience building strategic partnerships and executing growth-focused marketing initiatives. Position Details Part-time with the potential for long-term engagement. Flexible schedule with regular communication and weekly planning meetings. Performance-based opportunities for additional responsibilities as the company grows.
