Social Media Manager — Educational Short-Form Content (B2B Telehealth Platform)
Worldwide
Description: Rimo (rimo.co) is the platform telehealth brands are built on — think "Shopify of telehealth." We give founders and operators everything they need to launch or scale a D2C telehealth brand (intake, providers, pharmacy, payments, subscriptions), and we're growing fast — 70+ brands, almost entirely on word of mouth. We're looking for a social media manager to own our brand channels and grow our audience of telehealth founders and operators. This role is heavily educational content. We're teaching business owners how telehealth works and why to build on Rimo — explainer and comparison content (e.g., Rimo vs other platforms, how the economics work, what it takes to launch a telehealth brand). Our founder already produces long-form content (YouTube + podcast/X), so a core part of the job is turning that into sharp, educational short-form clips, running a consistent calendar, and keeping the community engaged. The audience is entrepreneurs and brand owners — so you're making content that teaches operators, not content aimed at patients. What you'll do: Own the content calendar and posting across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Turn our founder's long-form video into educational short-form clips (explainers, comparisons, how-tos) — a core part of the role Develop content that educates business owners on telehealth and positions Rimo against alternatives Test hooks, formats, and cadence to grow a B2B / founder audience Manage community — comments, DMs, and engagement Track what's working and report it simply What we're looking for: Proven experience growing a social account (yours or a brand's) — please share numbers and examples Strong short-form video editing, or fast with the tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) Ability to take a topic and make it clear and compelling — you can turn dry/technical material into content people actually watch A feel for B2B / founder / educational content (bonus if you've done SaaS, agency, or e-commerce/DTC social) Organized and self-directed — you run a calendar without being chased To apply, please share: (1) 2–3 accounts you've grown with before/after numbers, (2) a few short-form clips you've made (educational/explainer style a plus), and (3) your availability and rate.
