Worldwide
Job Type: Contract | Part-Time to Full-Time (20–40 hrs/week) Pay: $10–$22/hr depending on experience | Performance bonuses available Who We Are Pre-IPO Hype is a digital-first marketing agency specializing in equity crowdfunding campaigns for startups raising capital via Reg CF and Reg A+. We've executed 275+ community round campaigns and 200+ Kickstarters, and built a 700,000-investor database with a full automated outreach pipeline. Our clients are founders actively raising money — and social media is a core channel driving investor awareness, trust, and conversions. The Role This is an agency social media role. You'll manage posting and distribution for Pre-IPO Hype's own brand channels AND for multiple active client accounts simultaneously. Clients are startup founders mid-campaign — meaning deadlines are real, content must be on-brand, and consistency directly impacts how much money they raise. This is not a one-brand job. You need to be able to context-switch between brands, voices, and audiences without dropping the ball. What You'll Do For Pre-IPO Hype & Fuzzy's Personal Brand: Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube Shorts/TikTok Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific formats (carousels, reels, clips, quote cards) Write captions and hooks in Fuzzy's voice — punchy, founder-focused, high-energy Monitor engagement and flag priority comments/DMs For Client Campaigns: Onboard new client accounts and establish brand voice quickly Build and manage 30-day content calendars per client Create and schedule campaign content designed to drive investor awareness and action Adapt messaging to each client's brand, audience, and fundraising goals Coordinate with Fuzzy and the team on campaign milestones (launch, momentum pushes, closing) Pull weekly performance reports per client account Platforms You'll Manage LinkedIn (primary for B2B and investor audiences) Instagram Facebook (pages + groups) X / Twitter YouTube Shorts / TikTok (repurposed video content) You're the Right Fit If You: Have agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously — this is non-negotiable Can write convincingly in different brand voices without losing consistency Understand LinkedIn content strategy at a deeper level than just posting Know how to build content calendars and hit them without being chased Have basic design skills (Canva) and can trim/caption short-form video Are organized enough to juggle 5–10 active accounts without things slipping Bonus: experience in startups, investing, fintech, or fundraising content Bonus: experience writing content designed to drive conversions, not just engagement Tools We Use Canva (graphics and carousels) CapCut or similar (short-form video editing) Buffer, Later, or Metricool (scheduling) Google Drive / Sheets (content calendars and reporting) Slack or similar (team communication) GoHighLevel or CRM (client coordination) KPIs We'll Track You On Content calendar adherence across all accounts (zero missed posts) Engagement rate and follower growth per account month-over-month LinkedIn impressions and profile views for Fuzzy's brand Client satisfaction — are campaigns getting consistent, on-brand coverage? Turnaround time on content requests To Apply, Answer These 3 Questions: How many client accounts have you managed simultaneously, and how did you stay organized across all of them? Share 2–3 examples of social content you've created for a B2B brand, personal brand, or campaign-style account. Results matter. How do you quickly learn and replicate a new client's brand voice? Applications without answers will not be reviewed. Be clear on what this is: You're joining a fast-moving agency where clients are actively raising money. Missed posts and off-brand content have real consequences. If you're a high-output, detail-oriented social media operator who thrives in an agency environment — this role has a long runway and grows as we grow.
