Social Media Manager / Growth Marketer

We are an established home health agency seeking an experienced Social Media Manager / Growth Marketer to build and grow our online presence. This role is focused on increasing brand awareness, generating leads and referrals, supporting caregiver recruitment, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing a social media growth strategy, managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, creating engaging content and campaigns, building a consistent content calendar, growing followers and engagement organically, and tracking performance. Healthcare, home health, home care, senior care, or medical marketing experience is strongly preferred.
