𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 & 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 – 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗚𝗼-𝘁𝗼-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 | 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 We are looking for a hands-on 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 with strong 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝘀 experience 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of the 𝗚𝗼-𝘁𝗼-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 for the 𝗠𝗩𝗣 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 of a 𝗨.𝗦.-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn a 𝗚𝗼-𝘁𝗼-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 into content, campaigns, audience growth, app traction, and measurable results. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 -Support and execute the 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗚𝗼-𝘁𝗼-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆. -Build and manage the 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿. -Develop content ideas, campaign concepts, hooks, captions, and calls to action. -Coordinate content production with a 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 and 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿. -Publish and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels. -Launch, manage, and optimize 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀. -Create audiences, retargeting campaigns, A/B tests, and budget allocations. -Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. -Track KPIs such as 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘀, 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻-𝘂𝗽𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵, 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗖𝗧𝗥, 𝗖𝗣𝗖, 𝗖𝗣𝗔, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. -Support launch campaigns, community engagement, and audience growth. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 -Proven experience as a 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿. -Hands-on experience using 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿. -Ability to manage both 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀. -Experience supporting or executing 𝗚𝗼-𝘁𝗼-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀. -Strong understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. -Ability to collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and internal stakeholders. -Organized, proactive, creative, and performance-driven. 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 -Experience launching an 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗩𝗣. -Experience in 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹, 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺, 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. -Knowledge of 𝗮𝗽𝗽-𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀, 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗹, 𝗦𝗗𝗞𝘀, 𝗨𝗧𝗠𝘀, 𝗚𝗔𝟰, 𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲. -Experience with 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸 𝗔𝗱𝘀 or 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘀.
