We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn’t just schedule posts and track metrics — we need someone who can drive results and has a keen eye for design. This is for a client who values aesthetic impact just as much as strategy, so your visual instincts need to be as sharp as your marketing brain. 🔍 Who You Are: A data-driven marketer with proven results (growth, engagement, conversions show us what you've done). A visual storyteller who understands branding, composition, and design flow. Comfortable creating, curating, and scheduling content across platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Adept at using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Later, Figma, or similar. Obsessed with staying on top of trends but skilled at keeping content on-brand and timeless. Able to collaborate with designers and copywriters — or step into those roles when needed. 🎯 Responsibilities: Develop and execute a results-focused social media strategy. Design or direct the creation of visually compelling content (static, video, stories, reels, etc.). Write engaging captions with a clear understanding of tone and brand voice. Track KPIs, adjust strategy, and deliver monthly performance reports. Engage with followers, monitor DMs/comments, and build online community.
