Summary

We are launching an online education company that teaches women how to build real income in the creator economy through high-ticket sales. We are launching July 27, 2026 and need an experienced Social Media Manager to build and manage our Instagram presence, source and manage UGC creators, recruit and manage affiliates, and coordinate student testimonial videos. This is a launch-focused role with the potential to become an ongoing position after launch. We have a detailed scope of work document ready to share after an NDA is signed. Monthly Retainer: $1,000-2,500 USD What this role covers: Instagram content creation — Reels editing, graphics, carousels, captions in our brand voice Content calendar management — build, manage, and execute a daily posting schedule UGC creator sourcing and management — find, brief, and manage UGC creators for authentic video content Affiliate recruitment and management — identify, outreach, onboard, and manage affiliate partners Student testimonial coordination — collect, edit, and deliver testimonial videos for sales page and social Daily community management — comments, DMs, story replies, warm-up activity Affiliate content monitoring — flag best affiliate posts for potential repost to CHP feed Weekly performance reporting You must have experience with: Instagram Reels creation and editing — this is the primary deliverable Short-form video editing — CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar Caption writing in a specific brand voice — direct, sharp, not corporate UGC creator sourcing and management Influencer or affiliate outreach and relationship management Instagram community management and engagement strategy Bonus if you have: Experience in the online education or creator economy space Understanding of high-ticket sales or women-focused online business content Paid ads experience (Meta / TikTok) — not required for this role but a plus for future work Timeline: Start immediately — first content must post by July 6, 2026 Full launch execution July 27 – August 3, 2026 Ongoing role after launch for the right candidate Compensation: Open to discussing your rate. Please share your monthly retainer rate or project rate for a 60-day launch package. Include examples of Instagram accounts you have managed and content you have created.
