Social Media Manager Needed for 2 Businesses – Daily Posting, Growth & Website Traffic

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media channels for two separate businesses. The right person must be able to create, schedule, and post content daily across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile. The main goals are to grow real followers, increase engagement, build brand awareness, and drive consistent traffic to each business website. Responsibilities: Manage social media accounts for two businesses Post daily on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms Create engaging captions, graphics, reels, stories, and short-form video ideas Grow the accounts with real, targeted followers Drive traffic from social media to the business websites Create a weekly or monthly content calendar Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor content Respond to comments and messages when needed Track performance and provide regular reporting Recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions Requirements: Proven experience managing and growing business social media accounts Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and short-form content Ability to create professional, branded content Experience driving website traffic from social media Knowledge of organic social media growth strategies Must be reliable and able to post consistently every day Strong English writing skills Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, or similar tools Must focus on real growth, not fake followers, bots, or spam Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the social media strategy, stay consistent, and help both businesses grow online.
