Summary

We're an online platform and community (startup) in a fast-growing professional space, early, with real traction, and want to build our presence across every major channel. We need an experienced social media manager to own that presence end to end and grow an engaged audience, not just keep the lights on. What you'll own: *The content calendar across all channels. *Writing and publishing posts that build a following, on a consistent cadence. *Turning our video content (podcast clips, produced by a separate editor) into platform-native posts. *Community management: replying, engaging in the right conversations, making our channels feel active. *Light reporting so we put effort where it pays. Channels (different roles, we run all of them): *LinkedIn and X: core for our professional audience. Company page, regular posting, real engagement on others' posts. *YouTube: channel and community management around our show (video produced separately). *Instagram, Facebook, TikTok: distribution of short-form video and brand content. One early task: Facebook is locked out of the admin account, and we'll need your help recovering access through Meta Business Suite (you guide us, we keep our login). You're a fit if you: *Have grown a real audience for a community, media brand, platform, marketplace, or newsletter, somewhere the goal was an engaged following, not posting on behalf of one company. Bonus if it was a professional or business audience. *Are strong on LinkedIn and X specifically. Can take one video clip and build a native post around it per platform, not the same clip resized four ways. *Bring your own playbook and tell us what we're missing, rather than waiting for a brief. The arrangement: *Hourly, tracked, with a weekly hour cap we set together. Two-week paid trial at a modest weekly cap, so we both see the fit before going ongoing.
