We're an established e-commerce brand selling wall art, signs, canvas, and personalized gifts across several Etsy shops and a Shopify store. We make products people put in their homes and give to people they love. We want our organic presence to feel as considered as our products — and to grow real traffic, not just vanity likes. This role is organic-led: content and Pinterest come first. There's a paid component, but it supports the organic engine rather than the other way around. What you'll own Pinterest Pin creation, fresh pins on a consistent cadence, and board strategy Pinterest SEO — keywords, descriptions, optimized titles Scheduling and growing referral traffic to Etsy + Shopify Instagram + Facebook (organic) Run the content calendar across IG and FB Produce/coordinate static posts, Reels/video, and UGC-style content Community management — comments, DMs, engagement, growth Paid (supporting) Boost and run FB/IG ads behind your best-performing organic content Manage budget and basic retargeting; report on what's working Keep paid and organic telling one consistent story Coordination Work directly with the business owner and the website team Keep brand voice and visuals consistent across channels Proactive: spot opportunities and problems before we ask Working style Daily updates the first ~2 weeks, then a weekly check-in once you're ramped Self-directed — you run with it, we don't micromanage Reliable, communicative, and honest about what's working vs. not Must-have Proven Pinterest marketing results — show accounts you've grown and the traffic/impressions you drove Strong content creation/editing — your feeds and pins look intentional Solid copywriting and a real brand voice in community management Working knowledge of FB/IG ads Comfortable reading analytics and reporting what's working Video editing for Reels/Pinterest UGC sourcing / light influencer coordination Share 1–2 Pinterest accounts you've grown — impressions/traffic and timeframe. How do you approach Pinterest SEO for a product brand? What's your process for keeping a content calendar fresh across IG, FB, and Pinterest?
